Changes for drivers From April 1, the maximum permitted speed on a number of capital roads from 50 km/h to 80 km/h is traditionally changed. However, in 2025, increased speeds were introduced in only four sections, not seven, as it used to be.
At which sections will be increased speed:
- Naberezhna Highway (from postal square to Dnieper highway);
- Ave. Roman Shukhevych (from North Bridge to Onore de Balzac);
- Ave. Stepan Bandera (from Obolon Ave. to the North Bridge);
- Str. Naberezhno-Rybal (from the Havana Bridge to Electroik Street);
