The investigation found that in 2023, one of the entrepreneurs rented communal property for the construction of a catering establishment in this market.
Later, it turned out that the central entrance to the food establishment is in the architest of the market, and belongs to the property rented by another entity – the KSCA Tourism and Promotion. Management uses an arch to accommodate agitation and advertising. These designs made it impossible to pass to the future food establishment.
To “solve” the issue of access to the food establishment, the official of the tourism department suggested an entrepreneur to hold a meeting and “buy” herself the right to unimpedive access to his premises.
In order to implement the unlawful scheme, she also involved the director of the market, who had to perform intermediary functions and use the office in the transfer of property.
Both were detained during receiving the funds. The report of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to the official portal of the capital, Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko signed an order on the release of Radova on July 14. The document states that the official wrote a statement at his own request “because of the need to care for a minor child”.
At the same time, according to the source of the UP, at the time of committing the crime, Radov held the above position.
