Details: As the Council reports, the wolf was drawn to disciplinary responsibility for “committing a significant disciplinary misconduct, a gross or systematic neglect of responsibilities, which is incompatible with the status of a judge or revealed his inconsistency with his position.”

According to the CPC, the wolf at the GRP meeting “did not come again”, but sent a number of petitions, including the deductions to the members of the Council and the postponement of consideration of the issue of dismissal.
The speaker at the meeting of the GRP Oksana Kvash proposed to release the wolf. The proposal was supported by all 14 members of the council.
The CPC reminds that more than 5 years have passed between the publication of the Film of the OASC.
Now the criminal case against a wolf and his accomplices is obeyed in the High Anti -Corruption Court.
That preceded:
- In Ukraine, Pavel Vovk appears in the case of “Films of OASK”, published by the National Anti -Corruption Bureau. According to them, the Wolf intervened in the work of the OASK, influencing decisions in certain cases for money.
- In 2020, NABU declared a wolf, his deputy Yevgeny Ablov and five other judges of this court, as well as the head of the State Judicial Administration, Zenov Kholoviy, suspicion of creating a criminal organization and seizing power.
- Under the leadership of the Wolf, the Kyiv District Administrative Court became known for such scandalous decisions on the removal of acting. Health Minister Ulyana Suprun, the unlawfulness of NABU Director Artem Sytnik and People’s Deputy Sergei Leshchenko on disclosure of information about Paul Manafort, cancellation of the decision on nationalization of Privatbank, etc.
- In November 2022, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court allowed the forced reason of the wolf, as well as judges Eugene Ablov, Igor Kachura and Igor Pogribnychenko in the case of “Films of OASK”.
