Details: It is reported that the husband of Wildberries founder Tetyana Bakalchuk Vladyslav tried to get to the company’s office in the “Romanov Dvor” business center together with security.

Bakalchuk himself called the situation “a large-scale provocation.” He stated that they tried to attack him and his team when they came to the office on Romaniv Lane for negotiations on stopping the construction of warehouses.
However, Tetyana Bakalchuk said that it was an attempt to seize the offices of Wildberries, and no one agreed on negotiations. She called it a “raider obsession.”
It is reported that up to seven people were wounded during the shooting, and, according to “TASS”, one person died earlier. Russian law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of what happened.
What caused the conflict?: In July, Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ registered a joint venture – RVB LLC. Its founders were LLC “Wildberries” with 65% of the new legal entity and LLC “Stinn” (owner of “Russ Outdoor”) with 35%. Vladyslav Bakalchuk, who owns 1% of “Wildberries” LLC, opposed the merger. He claims that Tetyana Bakalchuk came “under the influence of the Mirzoyan brothers” (beneficiaries of Russ). He complained about the situation to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. He promised to help “return her to the family”, and called the deal between Wildberries and Russ a raider’s delight. In response, Tetyana Bakalchuk said that it was “not about admiration, but about divorce.” On July 30, she filed for divorce with the court.
