In 2021, the Capital Prosecutor’s Office appealed to the court to recover the interest in the amount of more than UAH 139 million in favor of the capital community.
The case has been considered by the courts repeatedly. In April and October 2024, the Economic Court of Kyiv and the Northern Appeal Court of Appeal fully satisfied the claim of the prosecutor and decided to recover interest from the contractor to the capital organization of the capital.
Disagreeing with the said court decisions, the contractor appealed them to the Supreme Court, which refused to satisfy the cassation complaint of the company and left the decision of the courts of the previous instance.
