According to the President of France, the work performed by military leaders after the Summit on Ukraine in the White House in mid -August, prepared the ground for rapid action after reaching a peace agreement.
“Thanks to the contribution prepared, documented and confirmed this day at the level of defense ministers in the conditions of strict secrecy, we can now say that this work is completed and ready for political approval,” Macron said.
In turn, Zelensky congratulated progress, emphasizing that guarantees are a real, tangible support for Ukraine, not symbolic promises.
He added that the previous coalition initiatives, which no one at first believed, was also realized and operated.
