Details: In particular, Klitschko has accused the current Chief of the KMVA, who “without military education and experience, who replaced the position of combat generals” in blocking the solution of key economic issues.
“Restoration of damaged homes, compensation to the victims, the restoration of infrastructure and others. It destabilizes the city management and poses a threat to the life support of the capital,” the head of the capital said.
Klitschko also believes that the Chief of the KMVA in violation of the law tries to take over the powers of the mayor, the city council and the KSCA. The mayor reminded that the military administration is a temporary body that should be defense and security, not usurpation of power.

What was before: Before that, the KMVA Chief Timur Tkachenko stated in his Telegram-channel that he discussed with the President the issue of safety and effective work of Kiev, for this purpose, he said, in particular, the heads of district state administrations were changed.
“The goal is more results and attention to security issues, solving the problems that concern the community, and create the conditions for a comfortable life. We are waiting in the near future for the appointment of new executives, the task of which will accomplish these tasks,” he said.
Reference: At the end of December, President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Sergei Poko from the post of chief of the Kyiv City Military Administration. He appointed Timur Tkachenko instead.
Earlier, Tkachenko held the position of Deputy Minister for Strategic Industry. Prior to that, he worked as a director of the territorial control of the city of Kyiv executive body of the Kyiv City State Administration.
