In the declaration of the People’s Deputy, it is said that the land and the house, according to the last monetary assessment, allegedly cost less than 3 million hryvnias. At the same time, similar land in Plyuty is worth 12-14 thousand dollars on the market, and houses of similar size here can cost from 500 thousand dollars.
Not far away, according to the investigators, the family of People’s Deputy Igor Palitsa owns land and real estate. Palitsa’s father and ex-wife settled the land here a little earlier, in 2020-2021. Currently, Oksana Palytsa owns and rents over a hectare here, while Petro Palytsa has 30 acres. Since the end of 2023, the son of People’s Deputy Zakhar Palitsa owns not only land here, but also a large estate with a tennis court and its own beach.
The estimated value of the family’s land can reach 75 million hryvnias, according to investigators.
Bihus.Info also claims that in 2023, the mother of Eurosolidarity MP Serhii Alekseeva became the owner of an estate with an area of more than 1,000 square meters and 75 acres of land in one of the most expensive places in Kozyn, which, judging by the declaration, is currently used by the People’s deputy.
It is interesting that shortly before that, Alekseeva’s mother registered herself as an FOP. Similar houses here are sold at a price of 1-1.5 million dollars, but it was allegedly cheaper for Vitalya Yakivna – 35 million hryvnias.
Also, after the start of a full-scale invasion, the family of People’s Deputy from “Servant of the People” Pavel Pavlish moved into a new house in the cottage town “Nova Khodosivka”.
The house was completed in the summer of 2022. At that time, similar houses cost approximately 8 million hryvnias, but the value of this real estate was not indicated in the declaration of the People’s Deputy.
