It will be not easy: the Japanese agency wants to replace USAID in some Ukrainian projects

The Japanese Agency for International Cooperation (JICA) will consider the possibility of financing those energy and infrastructure programs in Ukraine that previously corresponded to the USAID Agency (USAID).
