President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the government to simplify the condition of admission to Ukrainian higher education institutions. In particular, to introduce a winter introductory campaign.

In particular, Zelensky proposes to introduce an additional winter in the winter so that the entrants who could not get a place in the desired higher education during the summer campaign were not waiting next year.

- 6 320 UAH, if you study in vocational;
- 7 600 UAH – in colleges and technical schools;

- 23 700 UAH – for graduate students.
The Cabinet also increased to 400 scholarships in the amount of 10 thousand hryvnias, which during the year will pay students who have made NMT for more than 185 points.
