In occupied Sevastopol, on the morning of November 13, a car exploded on Shevchenko Street, this was reported by the head of the Russian-controlled city Mykhailo Razvozhaev and Russian Telegram channels.

“At 09:59, rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the place of the call. The driver was inside the car, they managed to quickly evacuate him and hand him over to the emergency services, but it was not possible to save him. He died from his injuries,” he said.

The Russian Telegram channel Mash claims that the deceased officer commanded the headquarters of the 41st missile boat brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. This unit is participating in the war against Ukraine, its ships are striking with Kalibr missiles. We are probably talking about 47-year-old Valery Trankovsky.

Razvozhaev stated that “the possibility of sabotage cannot be ruled out.”

Subsequently, the Russian state agency “RIA Novosti” with reference to the emergency services stated that explosives were probably planted under the bottom of the SUV.

The Ukrainian command has not yet commented on these statements.
