According to the State Emergency Service, two children were among the victims.
Earlier, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhii Lysak, reported on 17 victims, ten of whom were hospitalized.
The Prosecutor General’s Office reported on a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of violating the laws and customs of war due to shelling of Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro on November 21. According to reports, two children are among the victims in these cities.
In Dnipro, according to local authorities, two people were injured. According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops attacked the city in the morning of November 21 with various types of missiles, in particular, they launched an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
