The Russian military launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih after 10:00 a.m. on November 11, Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, reported.

“The enemy attacked Kryvyi Rih. A damaged five-story building. We are finding out information about the victims. Stay in a safe place. The air alert continues,” the official wrote at 10:40 a.m.

“High-precision” critters hit a high-rise building with ballistics with a direct hit. The emergency rescue operation is ongoing. We are all in place. And rescuers, and medics, and communal services. There are wounded people who have already been evacuated to the hospital,” added local politician Oleksandr Vilkul.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
