In Kropyvnytskyi, due to the Russian attack, several residential buildings were damaged, there is a dead person, the head of the regional military administration, Andrii Raykovich, said.

“As a result of the enemy attack, several residential buildings were damaged in the regional center. A fire broke out in one of the yards. Unfortunately, there is a dead person,” he wrote in a telegram.

According to him, a 90-year-old woman also received minor injuries – she was treated and did not need hospitalization.

Earlier, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about the attack of UAVs in the Kirovohrad region. After that, social networks wrote about a series of explosions in Kropyvnytskyi.

The local authorities reported on the Russian attacks on the Kirovohrad Region and urged not to publish any photos and videos.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
