Literally Bureau: “Around 5:50 on Elena Teliga Street in Kiev, the headquarters of the military unit, managing a service car, did not cope with driving, allowed a skid and left on the oncoming lane. There he collided with another car, which was a private police.

Investigators of the DBR arrived at the scene. On this fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 2 of Art. 415 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the rules of driving or operation of a combat, special or transport machine, which caused the death of a person).
“A number of expertise has been appointed, all the circumstances of the accident continue,” – summed up in the DBR.
