Details: On April 3, it became known that the term of visa -free stay of Ukrainian citizens in Georgia was reduced from three years to one.

“Citizens of Ukraine have the right to enter Georgia without a visa and stay in the country within one full year,” the document reads.
The citizens of Ukraine who entered and stayed in Georgia until February 24, 2025 will continue their stay until February 24, 2026.
That preceded: In February 2023, the Georgia authorities allowed Ukrainians to be in the country without visas for two years. In April 2024, the term was extended to three years.
