– a plot of land with an area of 0.15 hectares in the Kyiv region;
– an apartment in Dnipro;
– real estate objects in the temporarily occupied Crimea: hotel and sanatorium complexes, dormitories, industrial premises, farm buildings.
The total value of the property is UAH 460.6 million (the court seized this property in February 2024).

The Ex-Nardep had real estate and a number of enterprises on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. After the occupation of the peninsula, he registered them under Russian law and hired Russian Guardsmen to provide security measures.

Prehistory:
- In October 2023, Tsarev survived an assassination attempt. He was shot in the Kirov sanatorium in Yalta in the Crimea temporarily occupied by Russia. According to the UP, the assassination attempt on a collaborator was a special operation of the Security Service of Ukraine.
- In May 2022, the Shevchenko District Court of Kyiv sentenced Tsarev in absentia to 12 years in prison.
- In March 2022, Tsarev arrived in the Kyiv region with the Russian army, and also called on Yuriy and Oleksandr Vilkulov to surrender Kryvyi Rih to the Russian occupiers.
- Tsarev repeatedly published in Telegram calls to change the boundaries of the territory and the state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine.
