According to investigations, Borzi and his colleagues, with the help of a special script, they systematically received information about the troused court decisions, including searches, before they became accessible to the parties.
Nevertheless, according to sources, the Borzi remained an informal adviser to the Attorney General. It has no official status, but continues communication with part of the prosecutorial environment, participates in unofficial discussions.
