The deputy head of the Kyiv State City Administration, dismissed through the incident with the police, denies the attack on a law enforcement officer.

Details: From Monday morning, Ukrainian Truth has tried to get an elephant comment, but he did not answer the calls or the message. From the social network, the position implies that elephant does not recognize himself guilty and accuses law enforcement officers of exceeding his authority. Prehistory:

• Late on the evening of April 26, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Volodymyr Slonchak clutched with patrol police, and the capital deputy Lyudmila Kostenko, who was at the wheel of a stopped car, refused to intoxication.
• The patrolmen made a protocol under Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (control in a state of intoxication) and issued a resolution under Art. 122 (car movement without headlights in the dark) KUPAP. The car was evacuated to the penalty area.
• In terms of elephant, investigators started criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 345 (threat or violence against a law enforcement officer) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
• According to the patrol police, the law enforcement officer was hospitalized with a diagnosis of soft tissues of the face and a concussion. Kyiv police said that elephant had obvious signs of alcohol intoxication, and he threatened him with up to 5 years in prison.
• On April 27, at a briefing, the head of the Kyiv City State Administration, the head of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, reported that he had dismissed his deputy and asked for his unworthy behavior.
