The purpose of the decision is to pay with debts to Ukrenergo, to prepare the power system for winter and to create emergency stocks of equipment in case of shelling.
Separately, in October, they plan to review tariffs for the frontline areas: Zaporozhye, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, as well as for PEM CEC.
