The court granted the request for the use of a preventive measure-detention without the right to make a bail.”
Details: A person named “Naum” is considered a key figure in building a criminal vertical in the territory of Mykolaiv, Odessa and Kherson regions. Its influence extended both to the criminal environment of the regions and to the places of imprisonment, where, through controlled persons, he appointed “watchful”, controlled the “Black Cash”, coordinated the circulation of drugs and organized pressure on prisoners and their relatives, – the police added.

According to the investigation, he coordinated the activities of controlled persons, raised funds for replenishing a criminal “general”, developed “rules of conduct” for convicts and controlled the activities of criminal groups.

In addition, two more persons were involved in the unlawful activity in places of imprisonment. They, at the instruction of the suspect, extended criminal influence in prisons and extort funds for citizens with threats to the use of violence.
The fact of demanding and receiving cash in a particularly large amount is established. They were also reported suspicion of extortion.
In the course of the pre -trial investigation, law enforcement officers conducted 49 searches in the territory of Kyiv, Odessa, Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions – at the places of residence of the persons involved, in places of their maintenance, as well as in vehicles.

Prehistory:
- Igor Naumenko was convicted on July 16, 2020 by the factory district court of Nikolaev under Part 2 of Art. 189 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“extortion”) up to five years in prison.
- He had to leave in 2025, but under the law Savchenko, the term of stay in the pre -trial detention center he was counted twice, so he was released from imprisonment earlier – in May 2023, “News N” was written.
