More details: The CPC reminds that Maksimenko was exposed in September 2024. According to the investigation, she received $ 40,000 for resolving the cancellation of property seizure and non -criminal prosecution. The money was found in the trunk of the car.

Subsequently, Maksimenko made a pledge of 8 million UAH and she was released. The sanction of the article, which is charged with the deputy prosecutor of the region, provides for imprisonment for a term of 8 to 12 years.
