Details: According to the indictment, Reznichenko, together with his deputy Maksym Bespalchuk, the director of the OVA department Oleksandr Kolomoyets and other persons, caused losses to the state of more than 286 million hryvnias during road repairs.

The defenders, including the ex-deputy head of the SAP Volodymyr Kryvenko, claim that major road repairs were necessary to ensure the free movement of the Armed Forces on highways.
Instead, the prosecutor’s office expressed fears that Reznichenko may evade justice. The prosecution also found connections between the former head of the OVA and Yury Golyk, a figure in the case of “spoils in NABU”.
It is noted that if Reznichenko’s guilt is proven, he faces up to 6 years in prison. In case of bail, he will be obliged to surrender his passport, not to leave his place of residence, to appear when called by the law enforcement officers and to wear an electronic bracelet. He is also prohibited from contacting Golyk and other participants in the case.
In addition, VACS chose a preventive measure against the ex-head of the Housing and Construction Department of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Andriy Kolomoyts.
