Literally Bihus Info: “Even the police had to react to the “golden youth”. They have already identified the participants and reported back: “They held educational conversations with the parents”.

Details: The investigators note that for “part” of the participants, “this is not the first time”: “they like to have fun like this” and demonstrate this in their social networks.

Literally Bihus Info: Kyiv’s “golden youth” listens to Russian, throws money out of car windows and tramples the flag of Ukraine.

The video of the “majors” from the center of the capital shook Ukrainians.

Who are these guys? Mykola Tsymidan is the son of ex-mer Lyman, who was suspected of ties to the separatists. Andrii Dragan is a young provocateur with a love for Russian music and threats of slander. Anton Yutkin is another hero of this video, the son of a businessman with connections in occupied Crimea.”

Details: The investigation notes that Mykola Tsymidan’s father is Petro Tsymidan, who currently manages an agrarian business. “Famous” in the past for the fact that, as the mayor of Liman in Donetsk region, during the first capture of the city by the Russians in 2014, “Petro Tsymidan seems to have found a common language with them.”

Literally Bihus Info: “Nowadays, his son Mykola says that such publications were “paid for by activists”.

Details: Petro Tsymidan did not receive any punishment after the liberation of the city and became its leader again. At the same time, he was suspected of making an unreliable declaration. At the same time, local residents complained that Tsymidan was not coping with his duties.

The case of undeclared wealth went to court, but ended in nothing.

Literally Bihus Info: “And his (Peter Tsymidana – ed.) son is currently living his best life already in Kyiv.

The guy’s social networks are luxury cars and constant parties in expensive Kyiv establishments.”

“…Mykola himself writes that he spends daily from 7 to 40 thousand hryvnias…”

“Another hero from the video, who threw money from the window… dear “Kruzak”… Meet: this is Andrii Dragan.”

Details: The investigation notes that Dragan is not the first to appear in such scandals. In June 2024, a video appeared where 16-year-old Dragan sings the anthem of Russia and that he is Russian.

Then the teenager was quickly found by the police and the SBU.

Literally Bihus Info: “And he just as quickly found an excuse – they say that the video is old, recorded several years before publication, and how it got into the network, the guy does not know, because he himself did not publish anything.”

Details: Dragan had to publicly apologize for this. He also had to apologize for the fact that he publicly impersonated a SBU employee and posted fake IDs and certificates and his alleged connections in the service, despite the fact that he was 16 years old at the time. And after the apology, he called his apology a “showcase for the people.”

In addition, Dragan made public information about his cooperation with People’s Deputy Artem Dmytruk, who was involved in supporting the Moscow church and fraudulent call centers, and later emigrated to Britain, where he “gives interviews to Russian media “about the horrors in Ukraine”.

Literally Bihus Info: “Anton Yutkin is another young man who became famous after the video.”

Details: The investigation notes that Anton Yutkin’s father, Vyacheslav Yutkin, is a businessman and owner of several hotels, and at the end of 2023 he was put on the NSDC sanctions list for his ties to Russia.

Literally Bihus Info: “There were six young men in all in this video. The three we didn’t mention don’t appear in public now. Some of them don’t even talk to their friends.”

What preceded:

  • On January 10, a video appeared on Telegram channels with the participation of a group of young people who block traffic on the streets of Kyiv for their own entertainment and also listen to Russian music. Kyiv police have identified the participants in the video.
  • On January 12, the police searched the residence of two minors who appeared in scandalous videos. Six residents of the capital, aged from 14 to 17, turned out to be “bloggers”.
  • Kyiv police have identified four more participants in the scandalous incident, where one of the young men probably stepped on the flag of Ukraine.
