Details: According to AXIOS interlocutors, in recent days, negotiations on the “Nadra Agreement” continued between the Ukrainian and American parties, and the United States presented to Ukraine its renovated project, which took into account some of Kyiv’s concern.

One source clarified that some articles were removed from the agreement that caused anxiety of Ukrainians-in particular that the document was subject to the jurisdiction of the New York court.
