Representatives of the state in the competition commission Baby sought to postpone interviews with candidates for the post of chairman of the bureau, referring to the need for additional verification from the SBU, with this was not agreed by international representatives.

The voices were split in half. All three international representatives voted for interviews, while representatives of the state voted against.
