Prehistory:
- On March 19, the drones attacked the oil dease of Naftatrans in the village of Caucasus. There were 100 thousand tons of petroleum products on this oil depot – 5 tanks of 20 thousand cubic meters each.
- According to the Astra Telegram channel, a pipeline between the two oil depots was damaged as a result of the attack 5 of the drone. A few hours after the attack, one of the tanks caught fire.
- This oil depot is connected to the railway oil terminal and a connecting pipeline leading to the NPS-6 Kropotkin, which is part of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium system. From there, oil is transported to Novorossiysk.
- The Kropotkinskaya oil depot is 13 kilometers from this oil depot. It was failed by a drone attack on February 17.
