As a result of a Russian missile hitting the administrative building in Kryvyi Rih, there are a significant number of injured people, an emergency rescue operation has begun, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhii Lysak reported at 11:39 on November 21.

“15 injured in Kryvyi Rih. Among them are two teenagers. A 17-year-old boy is hospitalized. Another 16-year-old boy was treated on the spot. In total, nine people are hospitalized,” he wrote in a telegram.

Local politician Oleksandr Vilkul added that two adults are in serious condition. “According to preliminary information, about 10 residential buildings were damaged,” he noted.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
