“According to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia’s massive use of UAVs and missiles in certain directions often exceeds the number of means of cover”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
The military notes that recently during air attacks, the enemy uses a large number of missiles and drones – their massive use in individual directions often exceeds the number of means of cover.
Also, the Armed Forces note that the Russian military uses modern means of air attack, constantly improving them – it is about shooting thermal and radar traps, and also uses EW means of personal protection installed directly on missiles.
It is also worth noting that on the eve of attacks, the enemy takes into account meteorological conditions that significantly affect the work of mobile fire groups and fighter aircraft – dense fog and cloud cover, which were present in many regions at the time of the attack, did not allow the Ukrainian military to carry out their tasks effectively, the Air Force adds.

The Armed Forces previously reported the downing of 76 (out of 85 launched) Kh-101/Kalibr cruise missiles, three Kh-59/69 guided air missiles and 35 Shahed-type attack UAVs and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unspecified type, and 62 drones were “lost in location” . In total, Russia attacked 188 means of air attack.
Local authorities reported that Russian troops hit a critical infrastructure facility in the Rivne region with cruise missiles in the morning of November 28. It is also known that the objects of the critical infrastructure of Prykarpattia have once again become the target of a Russian missile attack.
The head of the Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi reported without details that the Russian military attacked energy infrastructure facilities in the region. According to his data, as of 12:00, 467,000 subscribers remained without electricity.
According to the Ministry of Energy, since October 2022, Russia has carried out more than a thousand strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities, this year alone 9 GW of generating capacity was lost due to strikes.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
