Such information was reported in NABU in response to the request of the UP: “According to the information provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the said person was on a business trip to the Czech Republic and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (through the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of Belgium) from 10 to 14 June 2025.”
NABU also confirms that Chernyshov decided not to return to the country after his surroundings received suspicions and wait. And he decided to wait on the same day when law enforcement officers “suspected” his former subordinates on June 13.
NABU’s reference to the request: “At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported that on June 13, 2025 (after the suspicion of five persons in the specified proceedings), the Ministry applied to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from requesting a person’s foreign business trip from 15 to 21 June 2025 (taking into account the time on the road) to the Republic of Austria, the French Republic and the Republic of Poland. ”

The next day, after arriving in Ukraine, according to the sources of the UP in law enforcement agencies, Chernyshov asked him not to give him suspicion in the morning so that he could attend the Cabinet meeting.

At the same time, in response to the request of the UP, NABU informs that on June 16 and 19, he sent him a call of the call on June 18-20 “for procedural actions”.
Also, on June 19, the Cabinet of Ministers from NABU sent a message about Chernyshov’s call on June 23 “to give suspicion”.
