“Odarchenko, being notified of yesterday’s meeting, knowing that he was scheduled to be interrogated as an accused, did not come to the meeting, did not report the reasons… his driver currently lives at his place of residence, who reported that Odarchenko had not gone out with him since September 17 connection… Odarchenko did not appear twice when summoned by the court,” the prosecution stated during the court session.
The defense said the search warrant was premature. At the same time, the lawyer confirmed that the client did not contact him.

In addition, the deputy stated that the case against him may be evidence of “political or some other persecution.”
The court chose People’s Deputy Andrii Odarchenko a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months with the possibility of a bail of 15 million hryvnias. He made a deposit.
