The office of the President of Ukraine made public the agreement signed with Britain. The document consists of 14 articles, which, among other things, relate to strengthening defense capabilities, security and reaching a consensus on Ukraine’s membership in NATO, strengthening cooperation in the field of energy, in the field of justice and prosecution and countering foreign information manipulation and interference, using the potential of socio-cultural relations ties, as well as cooperation on migration issues.
Also, according to Zelenskyi, Ukraine will receive at least 3.6 billion dollars in military aid from Great Britain every year – this is established by the agreement on a one-year partnership.
Ukraine held the first round of negotiations with Great Britain on the conclusion of a bilateral agreement on a 100-year partnership in August 2024.
