Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Tuesday that the United States is ready, as part of security guarantees for Ukraine, to send its troops to the Russian-Ukrainian border or the line of contact after reaching a peace agreement.
Tusk also expressed the opinion that peace is already on the horizon and can be achieved within weeks.
