Liquidation of the consequences of a combined attack on our infrastructure in Rivne, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn and Odesa regions is now underway,” Zelenskyi said.
According to the head of state, Russian terrorists once again want to intimidate Ukrainians with cold and lack of light. This terror can only be countered by the unity of the world.
