Details: Oleksandr Poklad was appointed first deputy head of the SBU (previously he was a deputy).

For reference: On September 30, Zelensky awarded the title Hero of Ukraine to Poklad “for personal courage and heroism, shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless service to the Ukrainian people.”
According to the media, Poklad went to the UAE to see Fedor Khristenko, a deputy from the banned OPZZ.
Poklad was also among the members of the Ukrainian delegation in negotiations with Russia.
