“We discussed another act of Russian aerial terror against the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine using more than 90 missiles and almost 100 drones. Particular attention was paid to the issue of further defense cooperation. We agreed to be in close contact with European leaders regarding steps that should put Ukraine in the strongest possible position before any development of events,” he wrote in a telegram.
Zelenskyy emphasized that for this Ukraine needs an invitation to NATO and the further development of long-range capabilities.
Also, according to him, the possible participation of Ukraine in the Joint Expeditionary Force summit next month in Tallinn, where Estonia is inviting, was discussed during the conversation.
