President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that during a telephone conversation he discussed the “peace plan” proposed by the US with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

Details: During the conversation, Zelensky noted that Ukrainians want an end to this war, an end to killings and a decent peace more than anyone in the world.
