Details: The president noted that he and Maloney “had a very meaningful discussion on all aspects of the diplomatic situation.”

The day before, the president met in London with the leaders of Great Britain, France and Germany, within the framework of this meeting there was an online conversation with a wider circle of leaders from the “coalition of the determined”.

After that, Zelensky went to Brussels for meetings with the Secretary General of NATO and the leadership of the EU, and from there to Rome.

Also, on December 9, Zelensky reported on completion of work on the proposals of Ukraine and Europe to the “peace plan” at the level of national security advisers, which are now ready to hand over to the States.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump made a series of new statements regarding Ukraine. Among other things, he said that Ukraine “elections must be held”to remain a democracy, that Russia has a “better negotiating position”, and also mentioned about “Crimea, surrounded by the ocean.”
