Zelensky’s direct speech: “In general, it is clear that the USA wants to end the war tomorrow. And we want to do it today. We are interested in both sides. And we understand that the postponement of the signing and the end of the war comes from Russia.”
What happened before:

- Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, in response to the statement of the head of the White House Donald Trump, reminded that it was Russia that rejected the peaceful settlement plan for the war in Ukraine prepared by the United States, and not President Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
- Before Trump’s latest statements about Zelenskyi, the media wrote that he is increasingly disappointed in Putin and considers him a greater obstacle to peace in Ukraine than Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
- During a recent press conference at Mar-a-Lago, Trump expressed his personal irritation with Putin. He said: “I’m not happy with Putin, he’s killing too many people.”
