Details: Zelensky expressed confidence that Orban will raise energy issues during his visit to Trump.

According to the Ukrainian president, the Hungarian prime minister will “maximally” raise the issue of “not harming Hungary’s oil dependence” on the Russian Federation.

He emphasized that Ukraine cannot give the Russian Federation the opportunity to earn from Russian energy.

“We will not allow the Russians to sell oil there (to Hungary. – Ed.) It’s a matter of time. It’s a matter of our positions,” Zelensky emphasized.

Recently, the media wrote that Orbán will try to get an exception for Hungary from the US sanctions against companies “Rosneft” and “Lukoil” and prepared a “large-scale energy supply” for the United States.

Orban is also going to convince Trump to meet with the head of the Kremlin.
