Details: According to him, Russia is trying to take time to continue the war and occupation, and added that it works with partners to “pressure it forces Russia to change its behavior.”
“There is no doubt that the war should end at the negotiation table. The proposals lying on the table should be clear and realistic. Ukraine is ready for any format of negotiations that will bring results. And if Russia continues to put forward unrealistic conditions and undermine progress, it will have serious consequences,” he added.
