Zelenskyi was asked whether he was pressured USA to Ukraine regarding the issue of elections, and whether the delegations discussed potential presidential elections in Ukraine.

In order to hold an election, there are two issues – first of all, security, how to do it under strikes, missiles, regarding our military, how they will vote; the second – legislative basis for the legitimacy of elections. And as this question is raised by the president of the USA, our partners. I will answer very briefly: Look, I ready for the election.
More with that – I am asking the USA now to help me, together with European colleagues, to provide security for the elections. Then, in the next 60-90 days, Ukraine will be ready to hold elections. I personally have the will and readiness for this.
I ask that the deputies of our faction, parliamentarians prepare legislative proposals regarding the possibility of changing the legislative framework and the law on elections during martial law. Prepared it for me.
