The first viceremer in the renovated government will be the viceremer in innovation – the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
Defense Minister plan to appoint Denis Shmigal.
The Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Ecology and the Minagro will be combined into one department that will head Alexei Sobolev. He was the first deputy Sviridenko in the Ministry of Economy.
Another deputy Sviridenko Taras Duck will become a viceremer in European and Euro -Atlantic integration instead of Olga Stefanishina. Zelensky said nothing at the meeting of the faction about the probable appointment of Stephanishina Ambassador of Ukraine to the European Union or to the United States.
The Ministry of Social Policy plans to be renamed the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity. He will head the united department Denis Ulyutin – First Deputy Minister of Finance.
The Ministry of Energy instead of Herman Galushchenko will head Svetlana Grinchukwhich until recently was the head of the Ministry of Ecology. In return Galushchenko will become the Minister of Justice.
The Ministry of Culture will be temporarily without the head after the release of Mykola Tochytsky. The candidate for the post of minister is still selected. The Ministry is planning to separate strategic communications and information policy, passing them to one of the agencies subordinate directly to the Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko.

Prehistory:
- On July 14, 2025, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that he suggested the First Viceremier-Minister-Ministers of Economy Yulia Sviridenko to head the government in which then Prime Minister Denis Shmigal should hold the post of Minister of Defense.
- Schmigal filed a resignation application on July 15. The release of the premiere means the resignation of the entire government.
- Parliament sent Shmigal and the Cabinet of Ministers on July 16. Voting for the appointment of new heads of government and ministers is planned on July 17.
