Zelensky introduced sanctions against 15 people and more than 100 companies

The President of Ukraine implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the application of personal sanctions against 15 individuals who hold leadership positions in state bodies in occupied Crimea, as well as 102 legal entities from Russia, Belarus and the occupied territories of Ukraine. In total, the sanctions apply to 15 individuals, as well as 102 legal entities from Russia, Belarus and the occupied territories of Ukraine.

In particular, sanctions were imposed against the occupying governor of Sevastopol Mykhailo Razvozhayev, the prosecutor of the State Prosecution Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea Anastasia Supryaga, judges Iryna Kagitina, Oleksiy Tikhopoi, the head of the FSB Office in Crimea Leonid Mykhailiuk, the chairman of the legislative assembly of Sevastopol Volodymyr Nemtsev.

Sanctions include blocking of assets, restriction of trade operations, prevention of withdrawal of capital outside of Ukraine, suspension of economic and financial obligations, prohibition of participation in privatization, deprivation of state awards of Ukraine, etc.

Sanctions have also been imposed on Russian companies, in particular Sheremetyevo Handling LLC, Domodedovo Airport Handling LLC, Vostok Technical Service JSC, Airport Service LLC.

The Ministry of Finance of the United States introduced sanctions against 275 people and companies from 14 countries, which, in particular, transfer advanced technologies to the Russian army. The updated list also included 20 Russians, including the deputy defense ministers of Russia.
