Decree No. 38 of January 19, 2025, published on the website of the Office of the President, states that sanctions have been imposed against:

– Nestor Shufrycha (people’s deputy, suspected of treason);

– Yevhena Gorokhova (scientist, ex-deputy of the Donetsk Regional Council);

– Leonida Baisarova (former deputy of national affairs);

– Oleksandr Odnoralenko (an accomplice of the “DNR” terrorists, had the title of Hero of Ukraine);

– Leonida Lytvynova (former deputy of national affairs);

– Evgenia Murayeva (former deputy of the People’s Republic of Ukraine, suspected of treason);

– Oleg Voloshyn (former People’s Deputy, suspected of treason);

– Petro Symonenko (leader of the banned communist party in Ukraine);

– Kostiantyna Grigoryshyn (Russian businessman);

– Serhii Karyakina (chess player-traitor);

– Ruzhena Rublevova (actress-collaborator);

– Vadim Pisareva (ballet artist, collaborator);

– Ilya Reznik (member of the Russian Academy of Arts);

– Vasyl Herella (Russian opera singer, Honored Artist of Ukraine);

– Svitlana Kryukova (former deputy editor-in-chief of the sanctioned publication “Strana”).

As part of the sanctions, the assets of the specified persons will be blocked, the ability to conduct trade and other operations, conduct business, purchase property and land plots, etc. will be restricted. In addition, they will be deprived of state awards.

As part of the new package of sanctions, Yury Bashmet, Viktor Sadovnychy and Yury Boyk, who had the title of Hero of Ukraine, will also be stripped of their state awards.
