Zelensky chose a delegation for negotiations with the USA and the Russian Federation: headed by Yermak, consisting of Budanov and Kyslytsia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed a decree on the creation of a delegation of Ukraine to participate in the negotiation process with the United States and other international partners, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation.

Details: The head of the OP Andriy Yermak was elected as the head of the delegation.

The delegation includes NSDC Secretary Rustem Umyerov and his deputy Yevgeny Ostryanskyi, Head of the State Security Service Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the General Staff Andriy Hnatov, Head of the SSR Oleg Ivashchenko, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Serhiy Kyslytsia, Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Poklad and Yermak adviser Oleksandr Bevz.

Zelenskyy, in agreement with him, allowed the composition of the delegation to be changed and instructed the Cabinet to ensure the financing of their expenses.

Umerov later said that negotiations with the American side will start these days in Switzerland.

• On the night of November 21, the American mass media published the entire list of points of the new “peace plan” of the USA, which was handed over to Ukraine for perusal.
• According to the media, Zelensky and Trump may discuss the “peace plan” next week.
• The mass media also reported that Europe is preparing its “peace plan” project, which is fairer for Ukraine.
• The Reuters agency, citing sources, has learned that US representatives are threatening Ukraine with stopping the provision of weapons and intelligence in order to get Kyiv to agree to the so-called “peace plan”.
