By his decree, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Oleg Luhovskyi, the first deputy of the SSR, as the acting head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine

Literally: “First Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleg Vasyliovych Luhovsky to temporarily perform the duties of the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.”

We will remind: On January 2, with his decrees, Zelensky dismissed Oleg Ivashchenko from the position of the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service and appointed him the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
