According to the legislation, the President of Ukraine appoints and dismisses the Prosecutor General with the consent of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The other day the deputies supported the appointment of Kravchenko by the Attorney General.
The post of prosecutor General was vacant since October last year, after Andrey Kostin declared his dismissal and the President agreed this personnel decision.
“Almost all prosecutors of the Khmelnytsky region were… disabled people of the 2nd group-according to the decision of the Chief Medical Officer of the MSEC T. Krupa. And for many years they received and continue to receive from the state pensions for disability – according to the decisions of the head of the Pension Fund O. Krupa, ”the journalist wrote in his Facebook.
Thereafter, the Attorney General’s office was stated on the investigation.
Subsequently, the OGP reported that a high percentage of prosecutors who have the status of a person with disabilities was found in two regions – Cherkasy and Khmelnitsky. In particular, in Cherkasy region, 60 prosecutors of the prosecutor’s office have the status of a person with disabilities – this is 27.4% of the total number of prosecutors. 59 of them received it to a full -scale invasion.
In Khmelnytskyi, this status has 61 prosecutors (29.8% of the total) – 50 received disability groups before a full -scale invasion.
