The plan envisages the financing of weapons production in Ukraine, joint production with foreign partners and the supply of products produced here. The resources obtained, in particular, will be aimed at increasing the release of drones for the needs of the front.
According to Zelensky, three priorities were defined in the state: first of all, providing units on the front line, the second – replenishment of Ukrainian arsenals, and in third place – managed exports.
Ukrainian weapons manufacturers have long tried to get exports of their products, but the state did not allow it to be done.
