Dmitry Dzhugalik Author of news on Mezha.media. I write about what I actively admire, namely technology, games and cinema.

Yahoo! Japan will require all 11,000 company employees to use artificial intelligence in everyday work. Thus, the Japanese company wants to double the performance of employees by 2028, Techradar writes.

Within the framework of the new strategy, the company wants to make artificial intelligence the usual element in research, conducted documents of meetings, management, analytics, etc. So yahoo! Japan wants employees to focus more on top -level thinking and communications rather than routine daily tasks.

According to the internal calculations of the company, 30% of working time employees spend on tasks such as search, drafting and routine documentation, which can handle artificial intelligence. To do this, they also develop internal tools, such as Seekai, which help with costs and data search.

The new strategy implies that the introduction of artificial intelligence will help not only with cost reduction, but with increased productivity. As a result, the AI will have to become a standard tool in the work of Yahoo! Japan, not replacing them, which is one of the main concern for employees of companies around the world.

By the way, according to previous studies, only 16% believe that artificial intelligence is useful in their work and only 8% of US companies use AI on a daily basis. Earlier, Anthropic CEO stated that AIs would increase unemployment by 10-20%over the next 5 years, and LinkedIn’s research showed that new technology has already had a negative impact on elementary work positions.
